I love a new plugin! It’s kinda like tuning your off-the-lot Hoopdi and ending up with super powered street racer. However, it can be the coding equivalent of a bobble-head doll on the dashboard, or a “Don’t mess with Texas” bumper sticker. After getting pointed at with accompanying peals of laughter, you can’t wait to get home and throw it in the box in the back of your garage.

However, getting plugins off your WordPress installation has long been one of those unspoken mysteries until the groundbreaking inquiry of Jeffro2pt0 broke the silence in the soon to be legendary post, Uninstall - Is There Such A Thing? Seems that there just might be such a plugin, Fun With Uninstallation Plugin by Andrew Rickmann. This plugin provides two times the joy for me as it is yet another plugin for me to upload, but it serves the practical purpose of getting my manage plugin page a uniform, healthy green of purposeful activation. Right now, its green, green, white, green, white, white, green. Ummm…..you know what I mean.

Although I am a little gun shy about plugins, considering my New Year’s Eve broken permalink fiasco, this is a must have. Stay tuned for the review!
